I have spent years helping individuals build healthier, more balanced lives through behavior change, movement, nutrition, and stress management. As a former personal trainer, yoga instructor, and nutrition specialist, I understand the connection between the mind, body, and emotions. My coaching approach is designed to meet you where you are, focusing on small, realistic changes that create long-term transformation.

After experiencing a stress-induced heart attack despite being in excellent physical shape, I dedicated myself to understanding the impact of stress on the body and mind. Now, I help others create sustainable, stress-reducing habits that lead to better health, more energy, and greater peace.
