Working with me

Hi, I’m Holli, with certifications as a personal trainer, nutrition specialist, yoga instructor, and behavior change coach, I’ve always been passionate about helping others achieve wellness. My personal journey, includes a heart attack at 36 caused by a coronary artery spasm due to stress, deepened my understanding of the vital connection between mind, body, and spirit. This experience inspired me to focus on holistic health, where every aspect of well-being is interconnected.

At Revive to Thrive Therapies, I bring a variety of approaches to help clients achieve balance and thrive. I incorporate mindfulness techniques like grounding exercises, breathwork, and somatic practices to reduce stress and build resilience. My programs also emphasize the importance of movement through yoga and other physical activities that align with individual needs. Additionally, I guide clients toward living in harmony with nature, exploring the natural benefits of nutrition and lifestyle changes that support physical and emotional well-being without the guilt of having to be "perfect". Tip - there is not such thing. 

 

Working alongside licensed mental health providers, I’m committed to providing a truly integrative approach to wellness. By addressing the mind, body, and spirit as a system, we empower our clients to achieve lasting health and balance in every aspect of their lives.
